This is not a demanding project. If you successfully run Logic projects with a few plugin effects added, then this project should also run smoothly for you.

You get a MIDI file exported from the Logic Pro session, STEM audio tracks, Full score (PDF), and Documentation
The project file was made for Logic and will not work in another program. However, you can use the MIDI File and included audio stems to reconstruct the project in your own DAW. Note that you will not have any of the plugins or processing effects that were applied in the Logic file, but there are plugin reference images included to show you the settings that were used.
